Rollout is a strategy problem before it is a teaching problem. A week-long format gave each office a shared moment rather than a trickle of lunch-and-learns, and the individual workshops went deeper where people were already curious.
The aim throughout was adoption, not admiration. A demo that impresses a room once has failed. The test is whether someone uses the thing on Tuesday, unsupervised, on their own work.
